Since attending your healthy living classes, I have started to use varieties of whole-food in different types of bread I make. I feel good about preparing healthy meals for my family and I have seen change in my energy level from eating healthy food. I love attending your classes since it is well organized with good information and research. You are so friendly and easy to talk to.
