I was about to cut my ring due to inflammation!
I came to Health Coach Anita to lose 6 lbs. My biggest challenge was why I am not able to lose weight despite doing everything right.
After listening to my story Anita helped me to figure out that the root cause of not losing weight was inflammation. She helped me to make some dietary changes. It worked like a miracle within a week my inflammation went down. The ring which I was wearing was too tight and I was thinking to go and getting it cut. Since my inflammation has gone down it came off easily without any effort. It was an “aha” moment for me. I decided at that very moment to invest in my health rather than staying unhealthy which might cost everything.

Incorporated a Colorful Diet
Thank you Anita for teaching us so much about different benefits of different types of plant-based diet. You have completely changed my view of thinking about making meals and shopping for groceries. Since attending your healthy living classes, I have started to use varieties of whole-food in different types of bread I make. Almost there to reverse my Type 2 Diabetes!

Out of Insulin – Type II Diabetes
Hi. I’m Shashi and I’ve been a Type II Diabetes patient for the past 10-12 years. Although I have been on insulin and allopathy medicine since my diagnosis, I did not take enough precautions on what I ate. Hence, my diabetes got much worse.
Since July 10th, 2020, under Anita’s guidance and collaboration with a Functional Medicine doctor, I have seen significant improvements. My fasting blood sugar dropped from 167 to 98. I am now regularly exercising, lost 6-7 lbs in a month, and feel much more energetic. By having that accountability partner and following a healthy, nutritious diet — my prescribed insulin doses have been reducing everyday.

She has encouraged me to practice relaxation and meditation techniques that have helped manage my anxiety and reduce my stress levels and blood pressure. She always keeps me accountable and committed to my self-care goals by coaching me and keeping my targets realistic. By attending her Rainbow Diet sessions I have become more mindful of my eating habits and enjoy a variety of foods while keeping my cravings in control. 13 years into Diabetes Type 2 and Cholesterol – Gone!
I was taking medications for the last 13 years including for diabetes. It was working somehow but without any results. Something was missing. Under the guidance and mentorship of Health Coach Anita Chitlangia, I got incredible results. She customized my plan as per my need and within three to 5 weeks I stopped taking my medications. I monitored by parameters regularly and It was unbelievable for me to know that it was all under specification.
I used to feel shakiness in between meals. That problem went off within a week and which was my biggest problem! I lost 18 lbs. in two months. I feel very energetic and active. I am walking faster than the rest of my friends. My goal is to reverse my diabetes and I am not very far to achieve that.
She always keeps me accountable as I have to fill the Google sheet giving details of my activity and food intake. She would guide me as per my requirements and customize it.
My last advice is we eat knowingly and unknowingly many medicines which are not really required or maybe they are harming our other organs. One should at least follow Anita guidelines for a minimum of 10 days and see the results.

Reversed Diabetes & Lost 28 Lbs in 3 months!
I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol. Health and wellness coach Anita heard me very patiently and helped me to modify my lifestyle and diet which was easy to follow and implement in my life. It reduced my inflammation tremendously and felt very energetic within two weeks.
I noticed there were no aches and pains, and I can climb stairs without panting. I lost 28 lbs in three months. I can bend and tie my shoelaces without any issues. My cholesterol number improved significantly.
My HbA1c was 6.6 and after two months it was 5.4%. Yes! You are reading right I reversed my diabetes. I feel very happy, motivated and I got my life back!
Changed my Perspective on Food
I always enjoyed eating lots of fruits and veggies. I grew up in India. Being tropical country, we always had lots of them available all year around. Those good habits stayed with me when I came to USA.
I attended Anita’s Rainbow Diet Workshop. I learnt something. I used to eat fruits in big portions of one or two whole apple, whole Banana, large bowl of cherries, large bunch of grapes or other fruit. After attending workshop, I changed my habit. Now I will eat lots of different fruits and veggies with variety of colors each in very small portions. This allowed me to consume different vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
Anita is good instructor. She is soft spoken, explains in simple language. I enjoyed the workshop.
Organized Format, Inclusive Discussions
It was indeed my good fortune to attend Anita’s sessions on Rainbow diet and healthy living. I realized the importance and benefits of multi colored fruits and vegetables from it. She made us part of discussion and got us involved. She is very knowledgeable about the content and is organized. My wife and I hope to make the changes we implemented permanent.
Chronic Pain Management
Anita has truly improved my life. I discussed my osteoarthritis and chronic pain associated with it. She heard me patiently and offered her valuable advice on my gut flora which was massively screwed up because of my lifestyle and lack of nutritional awareness. I was miserable. I always used to think that was normal or hereditary.
But she suggested I should change my lifestyle. Very patiently she planned my seven-day meal with lots of options and alternatives for things I used to eat. By the 10th day of my changed lifestyle, I felt a noticeable relief in terms of pain. It increased my mobility and my strides during the walks. I reduced the number of pain killers (cocodomol) from twice daily to once daily. Within a month’s time, I learnt to live without them. It was a great achievement for me. I am extremely happy with the outcome. Her approach is neither hurtful nor harmful. She also counselled on how to help the gut flora get better by both diet and lifestyle changes, I am doing a billion times better. She treated me with care, heard all my concerns with sincerity, and always gave me valuable and doable guidelines. She also responds timely to any questions emailed or phoned. She always follows up till you achieve your desired result.
