Health and Wellness Coaching is a client-focused partnership inspiring self-awareness, self-motivation, a degree of professional accountability, and thought-provoking changes that serve to help beyond than just short-term goals.

Health Coaches tailor improvement plans and lifestyle changes according to the client’s needs, goals, and dreams. The collaboration empowers the client’s self-confidence and actively works to improve one’s health in proactive ways. In this process, the client self-monitors and uses his or her interpersonal relationship with their coach to achieve small and large attainable goals. The client’s journey towards self-discovery and a long, healthy life is facilitated by sustainable behavioral changes.

What to Expect?

I will engage with you on one-on-one by phone or video call sessions, along with regular follow ups. As your health coach, I will be your cheerleader, your support system, and your accountability partner.

  • We will work together as a team and help you explore: your health concerns, values, visions, short-term and long-term goals, and find your intrinsic motivation to continue to stay on this journey.
  • I can work in conjunction with your medical doctor
